IN BRIEF this is a Decent Narrower Hybrid Tire, at 35mm nom.  width just a shade wider than a Sport Road tire(28 to 32mm or 1.25")  
THIS TIRE you can estimate 1.4 or 1-3/8 for you NON-Metrics!!
 for '700c' tires( 622mm rim seating diameter, 
by Far the most common fitting for 'hybrid bikes' in USA. 

This is not a high performance nor super light tire, but better than basic replacement.
in MY experience these are underated for durability over time. Meaning they tend to not dry out. nor wear out too fast on flat roads. 
THey are good all around for moderate city riding and a decent budget light touring tire.
